Therapy can be an introspective, cathartic, and meaningful experience in your life, offering both growth toward your goals and healing from the past. As a therapist, I am honored to take a collaborative role in that process. My approach is relational, affirming, and trauma-informed, with room for humor when it fits. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals, mood and anxiety concerns, trauma and shame, and relationship and attachment patterns.
In my free-time I enjoy playing video games, going to the movies, listening to music, and the occasional hike. I would love to hear about your favorite Pokemon, what song you currently have on repeat , or which hyper-specific pop culture moment you can’t help but quote.
I am an Independently Licensed Social Worker and earned my Master’s degree from The Ohio State University. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and harm reduction approaches to substance use.
