Hello and welcome! Someone once told me the profound message of, “You don’t have to live this way” and I have since spread that message to my clients. Are you having trouble coping with or processing the past? Are you anxious or fearful about the future? Perhaps the relationships in your life could be better. Maybe you are struggling from a single or multiple traumatic events in your life or just need a safe space to explore who you are. Let’s work together to achieve your goals.

I have a strong desire for helping others and I consider myself a little bit of a quirky, non-conventional therapist who wants to create a healing environment where clients feel welcomed, accepted, relaxed, validated, and free to express themselves without judgement. I show support for marginalized groups by speaking up against discrimination, advocating for inclusive policies, and amplifying the voices of those who are often unheard. I have a special interest in trauma-informed therapy and care, which includes my EMDR training. My theoretical approaches are heavily geared toward trauma-informed, EMDR, person-centered, CBT, and psychodynamic. I am strongly influenced by Attachment Theory and calming / coping techniques involving mindfulness, meditation, grounding, relaxation, art, music, humor, etc. Through a supportive, compassionate, and multicultural lens, I hope to work with you and begin the process of healing and living a better life.

Outside of work, I enjoy creating art / painting, exploring new food / drink places with my boyfriend, antiquing / thrifting, reading, and hanging out with my pets!
